International Communities of Sunderland are looking to put you in the frame - but in the nicest possible way!

ICOS have organised a photography competition (ICOS) have organised a photography competition. The theme is “how Sunderland residents spend their free time in Backhouse Park”. The competition is supported by Sunderland City Council, East Rangers Project and Newborn Story Photography Studio.

The competition deadline is 16th August 2021.

Everyone is welcome to participate – all children and adults who are resident in Sunderland – so all you budding David Bailey’s (whose he?) its time to get snapping!

There are six categories:

· Dogs in the park.

· Fairy Trail,

· Birds,

· Art Photography,

· Flowers,

· Family and Friends in the Park

The winner in each category will have their winning photograph professionally printed and the overall winner will receive a trophy and a photographic session with family or friends taken in Backhouse Park itself.
